Returns & Exchanges

At KBS Golf, we are committed to your performance on the course and offer a 30-day return window for unused, uninstalled shafts in their original packaging. We strive to ensure every golfer is equipped with the perfect fit for their game through our streamlined exchange process.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack your uninstalled shafts in the original shipping tube or an equivalent protective box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our distribution center using a trackable carrier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the shafts are in new condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement shafts within 5-7 business days.
