How do I choose the right flex for my KBS shafts?
Selecting the correct flex depends on your swing speed and tempo. We recommend visiting a certified KBS fitter or using our online fit system to match your performance profile with our R, R+, S, S+, or X flex options.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for custom orders?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom laser etching or specific length trimming may require an additional 2-3 business days for processing before shipment.
Do KBS shafts come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all KBS shafts are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
Can I return a shaft after it has been installed or cut?
We only accept returns on shafts in new, uninstalled, and uncut condition within 30 days of purchase. Once a shaft has been gripped, cut, or installed into a club head, it is no longer eligible for return.
Are KBS shafts compatible with all major club brands?
Our shafts are designed with industry-standard tip diameters (.355 taper or .370 parallel). Please check your specific club head hosel specifications to ensure a proper fit.
